Profile - Dennis Clinard

Dennis was born in 1949 to a politically active family in Nashville, Tennessee. Growing up, he learned at an early age that responsible participation in the election process of public officials is a cherished right. Dennis knows that our liberty was dearly purchased and defended with the blood of Patriots since the founding of our great Republic.

Dennis is married to Barbara (Moskonas) Clinard, a native of Tomah, WI. Dennis retired from the United States Army with 28 years of service. He was a substitute teacher with the Tomah School District, and was a football coach at Tomah Middle School.

Dennis is Co-Founder and Vice President of Liberty Reigns, Inc. He is the former Chairman of the Monroe County Taxpayers Relief Committee and is currently serving as a member of New Lyme Township Planning Commission in Monroe County. President of Clinard and Associates, Dennis is an Organizational Development Consultant, Political Campaign Consultant and Government Consultant.
